I am a longtime resident of Yolo County and have been working in the construction trades
since I was 16. In 1989 while still in high school I first obtained the prerequisites for a real
estate agents license. In 1999 after working in corporate sales I earned a BA in
International Relations with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Small Business from San
Francisco State University. After college I started a construction company which has
grown into what is today Alexander Grant Investments.
Alexander Grant Investments consists of three parts. Alexander Grant Construction
builds custom homes, additions and performs remodels. It maintains a commitment to
craftsmanship, attention to detail and customer service. As well as having built custom
homes in Davis, Woodland & Winters, we have a distinguished history of residential
remodels and both public and private commercial construction.
Alexander Real Estate provides full service residential and commercial brokerage
services to clients whether a purchase a lease or an option we can find you the right deal
and make it progress smoothly. We specialize in investment properties and have our
finger on the pulse of the local commercial and residential market. We are a member of
the Yolo County Association of Realtors and Have access to all of Northern California's
Multiple Listing Services.
Alexander Grant Mortgage is mortgage originator and can provide hundreds of loan
products for every conceivable need you may have. We are extremely flexible to your
needs and can close a loan in as little as 12 days. We also work closely with other
lenders to get you the right financing for your new home or construction project.
